List of few major stress analysis projects executed

Stress analysis and supporting of critical lines for an Ammonia Urea project for Thyssen krupp UHDE India.

Analysis of all IBR steam lines of a coal-based power plant from two HP steam boilers to turbine and distribution of HP and MP steam with tie-ins to existing process units. Total length of distribution of steam involved around 2 Km piping, Max Line pressure 104 Barg and Steam Temp. 537 Deg C. All lines approval by IBR, Max Line Size 24" NB executed for a large fertilizer complex near Mumbai.

Analysis of about twelve thermal power plants consisting of turbine nozzle qualification and steam distribution lines analysis, all approved by IBR

Analysis of lines in heating systems consisting of thermic fluid pumps, boilers and distribution network.

Thermal solar power plants, 2 Nos.

Export: Executed three large projects for a LSE listed FRP piping manufacturer for SHELL Co. We were instrumental in getting all the analysis done and getting it approved from Shell for replacement of major FRP lines in QSGTL plant in Qatar
